May 7th, 2006:It was a happy MAY DAY celebration with the May Day Parade down on Bloomington Ave. Thanks to all the staff, committee and volunteers at the "In the Heart of the Beast theatre" for organizing such a fun & meaningful parade. The parade started at 1pm, and ended at Powderhorn Park with the Tree of Life ceremony at 4pm. It was the best parade I've ever been! It's very fun, colorful, creative and unique. I'm sure I'll be there again next year, and perhaps to volunteer to make some puppets or to join in the parade! (Please select viewing style from the drop down list on top right corner.
